  • 2 eggs

    Toast the sourdough bread slices to your preferred level of crispness.

    Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a bowl.

    Add lemon juice, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes to the avocado and mash with a fork to your desired consistency.
